Starting Service at a New Location?
To sign up for service, a legible copy of the required documents referenced below must be received at least 1 business day in advance of the desired connection date. All documents must be signed and received before Service can be transferred.
Documents can be delivered:
In person at the office (855 NE Marsh Lane)
One of our two dropboxes (MWL parking lot or 2nd and Cowls Street parking lot)

To transfer service into your name, we need:
- Service Request – Residential
- Proof of Ownership
- Valid photo ID
If you are renting out this location, and would like to set up interim billing, please also fill out and return:
Renter
To transfer service into your name, we need:
- Service Request – Residential
- Signed Rental Agreement
- Valid photo ID
Business
To transfer service into your name, we need:
- Service Request – Business
- Proof of Ownership or Signed Lease Agreement
Property Manager
To transfer service into your name, we need:
- Service Request – Business
- Proof of Ownership
- Management Contract with Owner
If you are renting out this location, and would like to set up interim billing, please also fill out and return:
- Generally, service can be connected by 4:30 p.m. of the first full working day following your request.
- There is a $28 customer processing charge to start or transfer service.
- Normally, we do not require a deposit to open an account.
- A deposit may be required for customers who do not provide a social security number or whose credit is unsatisfactory.
Cancelling Service at Your Current Location?
To cancel a service request with the office, you can either fill out the Cancel Service Request form or call (503) 472-6158.
Please make sure to initiate the cancellation process at least 1 business day before the desired service stop date.
Customers terminating service should not rely on a future tenant assuming service. There is no charge to stop service.
