As a not-for-profit, publicly owned utility, McMinnville Water and Light provides water to customers at cost, and raises rates only when necessary. Prices are based on the costs to serve our community with high quality, reliable water service. We work hard to control costs and operate as efficiently as possible.

The rates are effective October 1, 2023.

- 1”: $21.28
- 1.5”: $30.00

- Consumption Charge 0-1,000 cubic feet: $1.7329 per 100 cubic feet
- Consumption Charge Over 1,000 cubic feet: $1.9710 per 100 cubic feet
